Skin Remodeling Copper-Peptides activate superoxide dismutase that helps de-toxify oxygen radicals produced by ultraviolet rays. Many such copper peptide creams or lotions also contain titanium dioxide (a UV reflector) and a mix of biological oils that help protect the skin (such as squalane).
